Thank you for that very timely advice. It takes very little time to show gratitude and pay forward our learnings and opportunities and become a vessel for positivity and potential for humanity. At a very bad point in my life a few years ago I had a weird vision of all of us just chipping away like ants at cliff face and it all seemed pointless. But an inner voice reminded me that without us all chipping away together, no lasting change can happen. It’s a strange realization: in the grand scheme what we achieve as individuals is so relatively unimportant as to be imperceptible and yet is invaluable as part of a human race that could not exist without each and every one of us. Thinking about that even for a few minutes a day allows us to be healthily humble on our expectations of ourselves which releases energy to gratefully share and inspire those around us to achieve all our unimportant in-valuables and everybody benefits.
