Our lawn is now a wild meadow much to the disgust of some visitors and we’ve dug up the side not on the road (pollutants) to grow our veg. It didn’t take too much to feed us during lockdown. We explain there’s no bees now and how that means we’re all screwed in a couple of years but they don’t want to hear and our landlord’s agent keeps reporting us as bad tenants. We’ve seen a couple of bees though lately and a pair of grey partridges a protected species now, so our detractors can all take a hike!
