This is awful that it happened to you and he is guilty of an evil act, deliberate and premeditated dishonesty in order to steal from you an experience you may never have surrendered otherwise. The harm is real to you and his other victims, including his girlfriend, whether or not the courts will ever be able to define it safely enough for the benefit of society. I wonder if you would consider informing his girlfriend, as she’s being lied to for sex every day and deserves to be leading a better life. That may be your only recourse to some kind of justice and perhaps prevention of some of his ongoing crimes against women.
